We've got a lot of ideas for how MPHA can
help prevent environmentally-related health problems in
workplaces and communities, but we need your input and
your involvement.
Please join us at the next
meeting of MPHA's Environmental and Occupational
Health Section on Thursday, September 28, 5:30 - 7:30
pm, at the MPHA office on 434 Jamaicaway in Jamaica

The
first half-hour will be for networking and
refreshments. Then we'll spend some time talking
about goals for the section, following by discussion of
how to move forward in three areas: assisting with
advocacy; supporting local health officials and
concerned residents with technical advice and
assistance, and helping organize educational forums and
networking events.
